This project is located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and fronts North 7th Street and Meeker Avenue. The building was designed with a brick veneer; large windows with brick headers and trimming; and setbacks and terraces on the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors. A portion of the building meets residential zoning district R6’s maximum allowable height of 55 feet, while the higher section, located in a different zone, reaches 140 feet. The dynamic elevation of setbacks and terraces gives the building a modern look and outstanding volume within the neighborhood.  The distressed brick of the façade recalls the raw past of the neighborhood, while the roman brick herringbone pattern at the sidewalk level speaks of luxury and craftsmanship. The metal panels on top of the building, together with the windows’ elegant shadowbox trim, add a modern twist. The upper levels of the façade are composed of gunmetal aluminum panels that create a visual experience that is both modern and timeless. The building has a unique entrance with a double-height lobby with no cellar due to high water table conditions.  The building was designed with a gross area of 60,000 square feet and 45 residential condominiums.
