This building was constructed in the up-and-coming East Village neighborhood. Many young artists have relocated to this area, so the apartments were designed and marketed for a young demographic with the help of Ryan Serhant. The building’s façade features a combination of industrial-style windows and a traditional brick veneer trimmed with classic, charcoal-gray cornices. The dormer is clad in metal panels to distinguish it from the rest of the façade. The building’s stylish design captures the classic character the East Village is known for.
The cellar has retail space and building services. The first-floor entrance lobby is accessible from Avenue A; the remainder of the first floor is allocated to retail space.
