Located at Lenox Avenue and West 111th Street in Harlem, one block north of Central Park, this condominium project was constructed over an existing church facility.

The building’s elevated design aesthetic is reflective of the surrounding neighborhood. Inspired by classic prewar New York apartment houses, 10 Lenox has a veneer of combined brick and stone, and windows feature brick trimming and heavy stone windowsills. Glass and metal panels on the eighth floor surround a modern penthouse overlooking Central Park.

The first floor has a residential entrance and lobby on West 111th Street. The residential portion of the building occupies floors 3-8, with the upper floors featuring views of Central Park. The main church entrance is located on Lenox Avenue and leads into a 200-person first-floor sanctuary with a 100-person balcony level. The cellar comprises building and church facility services including a gathering hall and a kitchen.

The building was constructed for mixed use and has a total gross area of 55,000 square feet with 29 dwelling units. It is eight stories tall over the cellar.
