This project was designed to house high-end condominiums. The front façade consists mainly of large glass panels and pre-cast trimming elements that are repeated every second floor. There is a metal fascia element between the windows on each floor. The glass enclosure makes up approximately 85% of the surface of the building, creating a modern, dynamic look that stands out from the two adjacent buildings. The building is 11 stories. It has a setback on the seventh and eighth floors and large balconies on floors 10 and 11. It also has an inner court garden in the rear.

The cellar contains building services, storage, lower-level commercial space, and amenities. The first-floor retail space occupies most of the frontage, and the remaining frontage, approximately 12 feet wide, is allocated to a residential entrance. The commercial area, which has a double-height ceiling that is 22 feet high, is 30 feet deep and is located in the western portion of the first floor. The second floor has building amenities at the rear with a terrace facing the garden.

Approximately 60% of the dwelling units in the building were designed as one-bedroom units; the rest are mostly two-bedroom units. Floors 3-7 have one-bedroom residential units, while floors 8 and 9 feature two penthouses with terraces facing Lexington Avenue. Floors 10 and 11 include additional penthouses with exterior spaces. A portion of roof over the 11th floor is allocated to further building amenities.  The building extends to a height of 120 feet above grade over the cellar. It has a gross area of approximately 59,000 square feet and 43 residential condominium units.
