This residential building’s design features a brick veneer and large windows in the style of an industrial factory. The building allows for mixed use with its commercial, first-floor storefront, which has a glass and metal panel design. A metal cornice emphasizes the setback on the sixth floor, and the penthouse levels with terraces on the seventh and eighth floors are constructed with gray, shaded brick. The conservative style of the exterior matches the neighborhood’s industrial atmosphere.
